PERPTools

🚀 PERPTools is the official perp DEX of DEXTools: a self-custodial perpetual futures exchange built on Orderly Network (shared order book), with sub-200ms execution, up to 100x leverage, spot trading, and a layer of no-code AI agents (AI Arena). The project has raised $8M in two rounds: a $3M pre-seed led by DEXTools Ventures and Orderly Network, then a $5M seed with BigBrain Holdings, NEAR, Animoca Brands, Sfermion, and Shima Capital.

The airdrop is confirmed by official documentation: points accumulated before TGE will convert proportionally into $PERP at launch. TGE is expected by the end of Q4 2026 (no exact date). Supply, distribution, and vesting will be published in a tokenomics paper closer to TGE.

How points work:

• A fixed pool of points (docs indicate 1,000,000) is distributed every Friday at 13:00 UTC (15:00 Italian time), divided among all active users.
• Volume, open interest, AI agent activity, agent deposits, and referrals count (AI Arena is currently under maintenance). The exact formula is not public.
• There is also a weekly Mystery Pool of 50,000 points linked to an undisclosed trading objective.
• Season 2 started on October 2nd with balances reset: those who join now start on equal footing. Spot volume also counts, and spot currently has 0% fees.
• Social tasks, content, and agent creation without activity do not award points.

📋 How to participate

1. Open the PERPTools app and click "Connect Wallet". On first access, you sign a one-time on-chain registration that creates your trading account.
2. Deposit collateral (USDC, USDT, or SOL) with "Deposit": no deposit fees.
3. Trade perpetuals: choose a market and place market or limit orders. Limit orders (maker) cost much less than market orders (taker).
4. Trade spot: with 0% fees, it is currently the cheapest activity for points.
5. AI Arena (paused, withdraw by October 24th): The AI Arena is under maintenance: new deposits and agent creation are disabled. The team has asked to withdraw funds from agents within 7 days of the October 17th announcement, so by approximately October 24th; after that, remaining funds will be automatically withdrawn. For now, focus on perpetuals and spot; when it reopens, you can again create or fund an agent in USDC with a Solana wallet.
6. Keep positions open: open interest also contributes to the weekly score.
7. Check points every Friday after distribution on the app's Points page.

⚠️ Risks and costs: capital is required. Points are only obtained through real trading and activity: perpetuals with maker/taker fees, funding, and leverage that can liquidate you. Rules may change during the season. The value of points in $PERP is unknown until tokenomics is released, and any $PERP "pre-market" is not official. Only use capital you can afford to lose. DYOR.
