🔄 Polyester is a decentralized spot and lending exchange built on its own Layer 1, Polyester Chain. The idea is to bring assets from many chains (Bitcoin, XRP, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Solana and more) into one account: deposit on one network and trade, lend or withdraw on another, without manual bridges. Matching is order-book based, with claimed latency in the millisecond range.
The testnet is public and needs no invite. It uses only paper assets and testnet assets: no real funds. By linking your X and Discord accounts you can claim daily paper assets (on the first day roughly $1,000 of Paper Bitcoin and 1,000 Paper USDT), which have no value. The team has also distributed real ZEC rewards to some active testnet users.
No token, points program or airdrop has been announced: using the testnet now positions you among the first users.
📋 How to participate
- Open the Polyester testnet and create an account with a wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom), Google or email.
- Link X and Discord to your account: this is required to claim the daily paper assets.
- Claim the daily reward from the banner or the Claim reward menu: paper assets land in your Trading Account.
- Place your first spot trades (buy and sell) and try deposits and withdrawals with supported testnet assets, taken from the faucets listed in the docs.
- Try lending and transfers between the Funding Account and the Trading Account.
- Report bugs from the chat in the bottom-right corner of the app.
- Follow @polyester and join the Discord for announcements.
⚠️ Risks: the testnet is free and does not accept real funds, but the airdrop is not guaranteed and there are no official points. ZEC rewards were given only to some active users, with no public eligibility rules. Gas on Polyester Chain is covered by the protocol; to deposit from an external testnet your wallet may need that network's native token. Use only polyester.com and testnet.polyester.com and never share your seed phrase or private keys. DYOR.
